HKLM\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CloudContent\DisableConsumerAccountStateContent
This machine-scoped registry value controls whether Windows experiences may use content supplied through the cloud consumer account state content client component.
A value of 1 turns off this content. Windows experiences that depend on the component display their designated default fallback content instead. With a value of 0, or when the policy is not configured, those experiences may use cloud consumer account state content.
Notes
Possible side effects
Affected Windows experiences may show less account-specific content because they fall back to their default content.
Notes
The setting applies to the device.
This policy controls only the specified content source. It does not disable Microsoft accounts, all cloud-delivered content, or Windows online services generally.
