Setup Foundry is currently a beta. A beta is deliberately unfinished. We expressly recommend that you do not use it for work where a failure would be hard to absorb.

What that means in practice: every new version is installed from scratch — there is no in-place update during the beta. What works today may change in the next version. We take bug reports and feedback; we will not promise you a response time until we can keep it.
