This device-level policy controls whether Windows experiences can use cloud-optimized content. When the policy is enabled, Windows experiences that rely on the cloud-optimized content client component display their designated default fallback content instead.
When the policy is disabled or not configured, affected Windows experiences are permitted to use cloud-optimized content. A value of 1 represents the enabled policy state, while 0 represents the disabled state.
