HKU\.DEFAULT\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\ContentDeliveryManager\SubscribedContent-310013Enabled
The DWORD value 0 marks the subscribed-content item identified internally as 310013 as disabled for Windows Content Delivery Manager.
Microsoft does not publish a reference mapping SubscribedContent-310013Enabled to a particular Windows feature or content category. It therefore cannot be established reliably which display, recommendation, or delivery activity this individual value suppresses. In particular, there is no documented basis for claiming that it disables all Microsoft consumer experiences, Windows spotlight content, or suggested apps.
Notes
Notes
This value is not the documented implementation of the Turn off Microsoft consumer experiences policy. That policy uses the separate DisableWindowsConsumerFeatures value under Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\CloudContent and has a broader Microsoft-documented scope.
In Windows, HKU\.DEFAULT is not the profile template copied to newly created standard-user accounts. The hive belongs to the LocalSystem account and is an alias for its SID, S-1-5-18. A value stored at this path is therefore not inherited by new user profiles merely because it is located below .DEFAULT.
