Allow Recall to be enabled
A DWORD value of `0` makes Recall unavailable on the device.

HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WindowsAI\AllowRecallEnablement
A DWORD value of 0 makes Recall unavailable on the device. Windows places the optional Recall component in a disabled state and removes the Recall component files from the device.
Unlike DisableAIDataAnalysis, which controls the saving of snapshots for Recall, AllowRecallEnablement controls whether the Recall component itself is available.
Notes
Security
Disabling the policy deletes any Recall snapshots previously saved on the device. Consequently, those locally stored screen records and the associated Recall data are no longer available through Recall.
Possible side effects
Users can no longer enable or use Recall. Existing snapshots are lost when they are deleted. A device restart is required to complete removal of the Recall components.
Notes
This is a device-wide policy. Microsoft documents support on Windows 11, version 24H2 with KB5055627, or OS build 10.0.26100.3915 and later. Recall itself is available only on supported Copilot+ PCs.
