Each activation takes one seat. When a computer is sold, reinstalled or lost, its seat stays taken, and Setup Foundry reports at the next activation that all seats are taken.\u003C\u002Fp>\n\u003Cp>"Reset activations" clears all activations of the license at once; all seats are free afterwards. Every purchased license belongs to a customer account; there is no way without an account.
